I found another box of vinyl albums in a seldom-visited cupboard in the lumber room last night, so I've got them ripping in the background whilst I work. I'd forgotten just how Pink-Floyd-esque Wally's "Valley Gardens" was.

Sadly, one of our rabbits -- Thumper -- died last night. He was obviously unwell when we were moving him from the run to the hutch last night, so we brought him into the house. He seemed to liven up a little bit, but died in the night.

Sorry about your rabbit. They seem to be very delicate. One of our students (I work at a large university) has two of them. Keeps them in her apartment off campus. I have a cat that loves to chase any wild rabbits around.

It looks as if we'll be getting another rabbit from the same rescue centre, but we'll have to see how our other rabbit, Jess, takes to him. Jess is something of a bully, and the only suitable rabbit the centre has, Bob, is quite small.

Bob needs a bit of medical attention before he can leave the rescue centre, so it will be a few days before we can introduce them. I've already nicknamed Bob "The rabbit of the subgenius" (obscure reference?)
